The village with harbour is one of the most beautiful towns by the channel Pasman. Chief occupations include farming, viniculture, vegetable growing and tourism.
In the town and surrounding are private camps. The town was built around the middle Ages church informed apostles Filip and Jaku. Till the 16th century was St. Filip i Jakov named Pristan. During Turkish actions and the war between Republic of Venice and Turkey was the town destroyed. The present town is from the 17th and 18th century. On the northeast is Roman’s church of St. Rok, built in 11th century are reminds of the gone Benedict monastery.
